Looking for a trustworthy Guy, Girl, Str8, Gay to re-sign a 2010 lease in the an excellent location! I am a very easy going and fun guy who is looking for the same in a roomie. I dont need a best friend, but totally down for a beer, etc..

-5 Laundry places that have free pick/up delivery within a block
-Curry in a Hurry which prompts the nickname “Curry Hill” – But I still say Gramercy
-A new bar is opening on the first floor of the building.
-A taxi stand out the front door
-An amazing view of the Empire State building

-Hardwood floors
-The most comfortable couch in the world
-42” Flat Screen/Surround Sound
-Microwave, Conv. Oven
-Rent: TBD, Still negotiating (You have to meet Landlord and do a credit check)
-Move in the end of December
-Jan-Jan lease
-Cable, Internet, Electricity, Gas run about $150-$200/month depending on season
-13ft x 8ft, plus closet
-She currently fits a queen bed, dresser, side table, wardrobe

Me:
-28 Fun, GWM that keeps it interesting, who is a trust worthy Mid-Western guy from Michigan
-Avid sports fan (Play in several leagues)
-Beer, wine, food, and cooking will be happening
-Friends will be over, but not all the time!
