Hey Everyone,

So I am looking for a roommate starting March 15th or April 1st. A few things on the apartment:

- Located on Kent Avenue between S. 4th and S. 5th
- Living area is HUGE with a separate dining space
- Large eat in kitchen with island and bar stools
- Exposed Brick through out including bedroom available for rent.
- Beautifully decorated with a very comfy vintage feel
- Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment
- Windows all have views of the Williamsburg bridge
- Its not at all loud from the bridge
- The room can fit a bed and a small side table, there is plenty of room right outside the bedroom door for a wardrobe and dresser… so that essentially becomes extra “space” for the tenant.
- Room is currently unfurnished but can get furniture if you need it.
- Elevator Building
- Laundry in Basement
- Short walk to Bedford L
- In the heart of all the fun bars, great shops, and amazing restaurants of the trendy Williamsburg area

A bit on me:
-Female, 30 years old
-I own a small pet business in the Williamsburg area
-I am pretty laid back, and very drama free

A bit on the living situation:

* Looking ideally for someone with an opposite schedule as me– someone who works nights would be beyond awesome. But not opposed to a regular schedule person.
* Temporary stays are ok, but no less than 3 months.
* Sorry, No couples
* I do have a small dog- he’s 9 lbs and occasionally there is another small dog “visiting” as I do own a small dog business… so they must love dogs.
* Not someone too messy– they don’t need to keep their bed made everyday, but please throw away trash and do dishes right away.
* Please be down to earth and able to just go with it.
* Utilities are not included, but very reasonable.
* Cable/Internet is about $70 per person.
