We are looking for a roommate to move into our 3 bedroom apartment on February 1st, to renew the lease and stay for the year. It’s a lovely apartment and comes with two great roommates- both female, young professionals, respectful, clean…We’re hoping to find the right fit!

A few things about the apt:

$1050/month

Located on Maiden Lane and Broadway (in the Financial District)

Close to all subway lines (4/5 is on our street corner, 2/3, ACE, JMZ are all right around the corner)

Virtual Doorman system- signs for packages and leaves them in a secure room so you can access your packages/deliveries at any time

Laundry on main floor of building

Dishwasher

Lots of windows/gets great light

Utilities- Con Ed and Time Warner cable come to about $50-75 a month per person

$40/month for bi-weekly cleaning lady

Apt comes mostly furnished, depending on what our roommate who is moving out is taking, we may need to purchase a couch and a few other things, if you have some furniture that would be a plus.

From my lovely friend Jessie:

Dearest friends,

My lovely Inwood apartment is in need of some warm bodies for the winter and beyond.  This great apartment is a REALLY big 1 bedroom in upper Manhattan.  Spacious and quiet, this apartment is about 750sq feet, and is situated between two very large parks.

The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances (a dishwasher!), wood cabinets, glass tiles and quartz counter tops.  The bedroom is huge, and partially furnished with a full size bed and antique furniture.  There are 3 big closets, a spacious living room, a grand entryway and an eat in kitchen with plates, silverware, mugs, pots, etc  The apt is partially furnished.

This is a GREAT place to call home if you like being near a park, having a quiet place to sleep, walking distance from great shops and restaurants, being steps from the A train and a stones throw from the highway.
