Pocono Lake, PA House rental – all year long. Sleeps 10 . 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Jacuzzi.

The house has been fully remodeled, everything is new. Floors, Doors, Bathrooms, Carpets, etc. It is a lovely landscaped property that sits on a full acre in a lake community.

The house is set up with 4 bedrooms 2 on top and 2 on the bottom.
There are 2 bathrooms , with full tub and one has a Jacuzzi with 2 sliding doors to the outside on both sides.
The bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and a full size bed in the other. One of the bedrooms has a crib for a baby.
Bottom bedrooms are attached, so you go through one to get to the other. These bedrooms have a queen size bed, and a pull out couch in the other room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster oven, microwave, panini grill, coffe maker, etc. There is also a washer and dryer

Outside there is a huge deck that runs around and also a gazebo and a firepit in the attached yard. Kids can play and grownups can enjoy themselves.

We have direct tv set up and a fireplace. Also have a library of good movies, and lots of music cds, games, etc. Planning on installing a pool table shortly.

The community has 2 lakes. One where you can swim and boat, and one where you can fish and release. It is exactly 2 hours away from NY door to door. Very easy to find and next to Lake Harmony, Arrowhead Lake, Locust Lake and tons of other communities.

Nearby Attractions:
H2OOOh water park is 20 min away.
Crossings Premium Outlets , Candle Factory 20 min away. Paintball, Shooting range, and many nature trails are all close by.
Wall mart is 15 min away. Cvs is down the road, there is a flea market and Amish market on weekends, Mini golf and ice cream shopps down the road.

Hey Everyone,

So I am looking for a roommate starting March 15th or April 1st. A few things on the apartment:

- Located on Kent Avenue between S. 4th and S. 5th
- Living area is HUGE with a separate dining space
- Large eat in kitchen with island and bar stools
- Exposed Brick through out including bedroom available for rent.
- Beautifully decorated with a very comfy vintage feel
- Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment
- Windows all have views of the Williamsburg bridge
- Its not at all loud from the bridge
- The room can fit a bed and a small side table, there is plenty of room right outside the bedroom door for a wardrobe and dresser… so that essentially becomes extra “space” for the tenant.
- Room is currently unfurnished but can get furniture if you need it.
- Elevator Building
- Laundry in Basement
- Short walk to Bedford L
- In the heart of all the fun bars, great shops, and amazing restaurants of the trendy Williamsburg area

A bit on me:
-Female, 30 years old
-I own a small pet business in the Williamsburg area
-I am pretty laid back, and very drama free

A bit on the living situation:

* Looking ideally for someone with an opposite schedule as me– someone who works nights would be beyond awesome. But not opposed to a regular schedule person.
* Temporary stays are ok, but no less than 3 months.
* Sorry, No couples
* I do have a small dog- he’s 9 lbs and occasionally there is another small dog “visiting” as I do own a small dog business… so they must love dogs.
* Not someone too messy– they don’t need to keep their bed made everyday, but please throw away trash and do dishes right away.
* Please be down to earth and able to just go with it.
* Utilities are not included, but very reasonable.
* Cable/Internet is about $70 per person.

We are looking for a roommate to move into our 3 bedroom apartment on February 1st, to renew the lease and stay for the year. It’s a lovely apartment and comes with two great roommates- both female, young professionals, respectful, clean…We’re hoping to find the right fit!
